Eligibility:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

  • If your product is opened and you are dissatisfied, please contact us — we will review on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all refund or return requests.

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us at contact.turkesterone@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  3. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


💳 Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or if free shipping was applied as part of a promotion, in which case shipping charges may be deducted from your refund.


🛑 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery.

  • Gift cards, promotional items, or free samples.
